Our Mission

We work to improve your operations, management, client experience, and revenue. We take a collaborative approach to consulting, and focus on identifying with our clients areas of improvement and delivering an actionable plans, which we help to deploy. We then continuously measure and report on results and then optimize the plan to keep improving. Our approach is transparent, results-driven, and designed to help your businesses succeed.

Led by industry vet, restauranteur and Head Executive Chef, Cinzia Zolfanelli, our team is comprised of experienced consultants with backgrounds in various industries, including restaurant, hospitality, marketing, finance, technology, healthcare, and non-profits. We have a proven track record of delivering quantifiable and qualitative results for our clients.

Our Approach

We believe in a collaborative approach to consulting, where we work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions together. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Cinzia is one of the very best in the industry. She has opened numerous successful restaurants over the past 25 years and knows exactly how to evaluate a restaurant, and then provide a gameplan to improve all facets of the business – to ultimately increase revenue.
